Description
Studying the geography of the United States is such a fun topic, and this project is a perfect way to wrap up a unit or the school year. I have my students make their floats out of a shoe box or other small box. Then, students use drawings, pictures, or other items to decorate their float.
This is a fun, creative way to assess students’ knowledge of a state. This resource also includes a rubric for easy grading.
